From the first LLM use case to Company-wide AI platform
Nice to have you here. Instead of building a new isolated solution for every use case, we develop a central middleware for industrial and commercial companies: rights, data sources and LLM connection once cleanly set up so that every further use case can be based on it.
- One middleware instead of many isolated solutions
- Architecture designed for growth from the start
- From the first use case to company-wide scaling
Start with a fixed-price potential analysis for €2,500, then work together on a concept, the first use case and a step-by-step scaling plan.
- For industry and commerce
- Own middleware instead of standard tool
- On-premise or hybrid possible
- Consulting with implementation expertise
Potential analysis for

- Online conversation: You describe planned use cases and system landscape to us
- Assessment of whether a single use case or an entire system is the right way to start
- Concrete architecture proposal for the middleware
- A written deliverable you can use independently

What you’ll receive after the potential analysis
Use case evaluation with prioritization
Which use case comes first, and which ones can follow.
Technical target architecture for your entire system
How the middleware cleanly connects your systems, rights and data sources.
Data protection and operating model
Who operates what, where data is processed, and who has access.
Effort estimate for the pilot and rollout
A realistic estimate of the time and cost involved in implementing the first use case and scaling the system.
A concrete 90-day roadmap
Clear, traceable steps from kickoff to a production-ready first use case.
Decision brief for leadership and IT
Presented in a way that’s easy for both technical and business stakeholders to understand.
Selected projects and customers
References from app and platform development. Concrete case studies for scalable AI systems are currently being developed with our first industrial and commercial customers.
The People behind CodeGuides
No anonymous hotline or sales partner: you work directly with the same members of our development team, from the potential analysis through production, with a friendly, straightforward approach.
Direct line
Right from the start, you talk to the people who plan and implement your architecture.
Development team, no sales
Our team comes from software development, not from consulting sales.
Made in Germany
Advice and implementation from a German team, without language barriers or time differences.
Why start with individual AI tools rarely a system will
Many companies start with a chatbot or an automation tool for one process. With the next use case, they have to start from scratch again, with a new integration, new access rights and additional effort.
Typical course without an overall system
With a central middleware
Architecture: middleware as the foundation of the overall system
Your systems & data
- ERP and MES
- Production & machine data
- CRM, DMS and file server
- Internal knowledge databases
- APIs and event queues
Central AI middleware
- Control of the LLM connection
- Roles and rights concept
- RAG and vector search
- Monitoring, logging, releases
- Orchestration of multiple use cases
Growing number of use cases
- Internal knowledge assistant
- Document processing
- Support & service processes
- Copilots for business teams
- More use cases without rebuilding
Isolated solution vs. scalable overall system
The difference becomes apparent in the second or third AI use case at the latest.
| Criterion | Individual AI tools | Scalable overall system |
|---|---|---|
| Connection | Built from scratch for every use case | Once built via the middleware |
| Rights & Roles | Maintained separately per tool | Centrally managed and consistent |
| Maintenance | Increases with each additional tool | One system, predictable effort |
| New use cases | Each new project | Built directly on the existing foundation |
| Operating location | Often distributed across multiple providers | On-premise, hybrid or cloud, consistently planned |
How we build a scalable AI system scalable AI system
We start with a small, concrete project—not a large project without proof of value.
Potential analysis (fixed price €2,500)
In the initial online consultation, you tell us about your use cases, data and systems. If needed, we can then visit your site to assess the situation firsthand.
Concept & Architecture
Design the middleware architecture: access rights, data sources, integrations and hosting location.
Setup for the first use case
Put the LLM and middleware into production for a clearly defined process.
Further scaling
Additional use cases, departments or locations can build on the existing middleware.
Who needs a scalable, company-wide AI system? is worthwhile
Not every company needs a complete system immediately. These criteria help with the assessment.
Useful if...
- You already have—or anticipate—more than one AI use case
- Multiple departments, locations or systems are involved
- Data protection, IP protection or compliance require a central architecture
- You want to connect ERP, MES or production data for the long term
- You are looking for a sustainable basis instead of repeated individual projects
Not the right fit if...
- You have only one clearly defined use case planned
- You don't expect to have additional use cases
- An off-the-shelf tool already meets your requirements
Not sure what's right for you? No problem—we can calmly work through that together during the potential analysis.
FAQ: Scalable overall AI system
What’s the difference between an overall system and a standalone AI tool?
A single tool addresses one use case. A scalable system is built around central middleware that sets up access rights, data sources and LLM connections once, so additional use cases can build on that foundation.
Do we have to build the entire system immediately?
No. We start with a potential analysis and one clearly defined use case. The architecture is designed to expand from the outset, but we only scale up once the first use case has demonstrated its value.
Does the system run on-premises or in the cloud?
Both are possible. For industrial and commercial customers with data protection or intellectual property requirements, we often build the middleware on-premises. In other cases, a hybrid or cloud setup may be more cost-effective.
How does a project start?
The first step is a fixed-price potential analysis for €2,500, which is fully credited toward implementation if you commission the work. The initial consultation takes place online: you tell us about your situation, and if needed, we can then visit your site to assess the infrastructure. Next, we develop the concept, set up the LLM for an initial use case and scale toward the overall system step by step.
CodeGuides develops apps for consumers and businesses, with a primary focus on B2C apps. Our in-house team in Germany provides product planning, Flutter development and long-term operations, alongside custom software, AI automation and local AI infrastructure.
